The committee’s decision to approve the amendment.

  
The average time needed for the completion of this service:

One hour after the announcement of the committee’s decision and the preparation of the official letter of correction.
 

Place of service provision:

  1. At the center; The Retirement and Compensations Directorate or the Salaries Division.
  2. At financial centers in governorates and province s; can be sent by fax to financial centers as requested.



Work Procedures:

  1. Amending the name on automated forms and send it to data entry staff.
  2. Preparing and directing an official letter to related authorities to include the correct name as requested.
